    My new Beater

Picked up this thing for 450 bucks, had a great running engine/tranny, had a blown heater core that I bypassed. still gets a little hot, but I can fix that.

has 202,000 miles, runs fine, new clutch, new tires, new brakes, new oil pan, some other random new stuff

Today I replaced all the rubber fuel lines, and capped off the blown heater control valve

and my project/fun car on the hill

ETA's make damn good highway cars,

Yes, that tranny will go into my project in about 6 months, I want to get suspension and brakes done on the car before I start adding more power to it

So you're going to drive the beater a lot? Why not drive your white e30?

The funny thing is how the slushbox is the project/fun car and the daily driver is the 5spd

Yeah I read about it even before you posted. My post was in regards to the wording used:

because doing a auto to manual swap is soooo hard

Who cares, the white car is getting a new engine anyway, plus mtech1 and the repaint.

the blue one is just the daily beater so I can actually ground my white car for awhile so I can replace some things that I don't have time to do in a weekend....

And my Cirrusblau E30 has tan cloth, until I transfer the gray leather sport interior into it. ;)

Nice beater. Probably should get a cover until that driver's seat has nothin left! Got a good deal, specially if it runs well.
