What kind of paint/clear did you use? I assume you used the Testors Candy Apple Red, but what clear did you use? Those look REALLY good.

thank you very much, i was extremely worries about this cheap mod.

but i took the day and dove into it. i got the two other ugly spots on the rear somewhat blended better, but both are painted much better now, even though its not a perfect color match.
all in all, im very satisfied with today's results.
The clearcoat i used is a full blown 2K automotive clearcoat, and let me tell you.. it sprays just like the 2000 dollar spray system at work, except out of a spray can.
