My E21...It's no E30

Outstanding!!! Looks like the Green E21 and the Cosmos blue met. E24 have 100% flawless paint! Amazing! You can tell it's a ealy 79' based on the mirrors. I buddy of mine has a 78' 320i. (atleast that's what it is titled..year wise. may be a 79' since you mentioned yours was a "pre-production 1979"..

On ur dad's E24: How did you dad get those stock aluminum bumpers Mirror Chrome? Were they chrome dipped/plated? Looks SLICK.

-Oh and BMW I love E21's. I had a 81' 320/6...2.0l baby 6, carb..., 4spd. (grey market)
Henna Red/black interior..but before it was stripped and restored it was Safari Beige/brown interior.
Sold it for $5000 way back in early 2001. Kinda miss it..but I got decent $ for it..so I wasn't pissed.

All the cars are just simple amazing! The E21 is a beauty, its looks so much better in person, that is, one of my fav E21's out there.

The E24 is just simply badass, its SOO clean.

BTW, i need to meet with you to get some pics, i think u have pics of my/our cars and i dont.

My dad had a 1978 320i just like that in the exact same color. His only had 1 side mirror on the driver's side and it was chrome. He also bought it new. However, he sold it in 1990 for a 525i.

That E21 was so much fun!
