I decided to have the IS lip painted black at the same time as the rocker panels, painted with the same mix of very tough and durable paint. I believe they said it is a special Mercedes flat black paint. I didn't want to paint it body color, wasn't interested in getting matching side skirts to keep the body line even.
The wheels work on the car for now, they have a nice offset (pushed almost right out to the front fenders). I don't really care for the polished finish, when/if I get them redone I'll probably do them in something less shiny. They look pretty cool in motion. I don't know what else to get, I don't really want something that has been done a hundred times like Sportmax or Konig Remembers, if anything maybe a set of Kopis.Comment
