this e30 is seriously THE BEST one to bild up a sleeper w/ and S50. if you do paint and bumpers, you'll just have a good looking e30 with an eta, but S50 it and you'll be streetracer of the year AND have a sweet sleeper with a nice boat finish!

SWEET another houston guy..check out www.bavarianspeed.com its bmw club here in houston..im always going to meets, every tuesday and thursday, and once a month a meet near the galleria, then once a month a meet at a place called kaliedascoops, a shop run by a guy on the forum, check it out man

I bought an alpine white '88 once that had blue waves painted down the sides. They faded into purple at the rear. If you have to do a repaint anyway, who cares how ugly the paint is when you start? But the one I bought was low miles with a minty interior.

the paint is just the most glaring of its shortcomings.

Even if it didn't have that ugly ass bowling ball finish to it, its not close to being a $1000 car.
