    Introduction + Pics

Hello everyone. My name is Brian and I currently have an '86 535i. I am currently in the market for an E30 though hence why I decided to sign up for these forums. There is so much good info floating around here, it really amazes me sometimes. But that's enough about me...on to what you're really interested in:

And no the odometer has never been broken or stopped working. The car actually has 68,xxx miles on the clock! Thanks for looking and I hope that I'll be able to be useful to the community.

No longer stock ride height, rolling as low as a daily driver in New England should without worrying about breaking an oil pan.

Actually I'm selling the car at the moment. I'm looking to get into something that's a little more racy. The 5er is a brilliant crusier but it's a little underpowered and pretty heavy. I would gut the thing and race it if it wasn't in such great shape with such low mileage. Actually, I'm really looking into doing an S50 swap into an E30. I just found a thrashed E30 for sale near me that I might pick up. Muahahahaha.

Not really a garage queen, I bought the car off some old guy that owned it since new and basically drove it to church on Sunday. Silly old people.

Same. I got my E30 from an old woman who drove it to church for free at ~98K miles. Old people....:p

For Anyone interested in my car I just copied my sale thread from myE28.com to the For Sale section here: http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/show...420#post854420

I may make a trip down to Columbus this weekend. I would be interested in meeting up with some fellow OH Bimmer Heads. I'll let you guys know if I'll be able to make it.

As Joe said: www.mye28.com . It's really a great community. There is so much collective info there that you hardly need a shop manual. Although expect to get yelled at if you don't search before asking questions. (Just a word of warning, haha).

Also the wheels aren't actually BMW wheels. They are authentic BBS RS 3-Piece wheels. 17 lbs a piece baby ;) They are similar to BMW Style-5 wheels but Style-5's are only 2-Piece. Hope that makes sense, haha.

Haha yeah, I've been here on R3V long enough to know to search first, its my friend who needs to learn. Didn't realize those were RS's, should have looked harder, and yea 2-piece / 3-piece all makes sense, my wheels are 3 piece...thanks for the info guys, I'll pass it along.

Yes it does. Hopefully someone will hand me some cash and drive it away so I can start on my other projects. Although I'm already getting sad and seeing her go...

Oh Fred. I should mention they're BBS RS knockoffs from China and I am NOT, I repeat, NOT a baller. Shoot me down.
