Nice setup. Any idea on the engine problems? Fuel? Vanos?
Are you running coilover rear or stock?

Can you give me some info on the lexan you are using? What is the thickness? Does it tend to bow at all? How did you go about attaching it? Did you end up using pop-rivets? I'm going to run my car in GTS next year with NASA and I plan on doing this, just wondering about how you did yours.Comment

Vanos. curve is strange down low (no big deal), but drops off a cliff over 6500. Peak power now is around 6500 (265 on one dyno), but is around 185 at where the peak power should be (7400). I expect once it gets sorted the peak power should be around 275. I replaced all 4 vanos solenoids, but the problem still persists. I had 255 stored exhaust vanos actuator valve codes. Not sure what part that is, but it sounds like the solenoids. I had a problem with the harness on the crankshaft position sensors, so I am thinking it might be a wiring issue. I need to check continuity on that wire.
I am running true coilovers in the rear.Comment

I bought it from MAShaw, but it was drop shipped from Percy's High Perf (percyshp.com) in St Louis. I believe it is 1/8th. Percy's has a few thicknesses. I used pop rivets. I need to add some tabs to be rules compliant. Can you give me some info on the lexan you are using? What is the thickness? Does it tend to bow at all? How did you go about attaching it?
