Fixed ^. The fact of the matter is he is trespassing. He did not ask, he did even leave a note asking.

I guarantee you he didn't think "oh they have nice bmw's, this will be a nice place to park my car." He thought, "I don't give a fuck , i'll park here and these people won't have the nerve to say anything." Which is exactly what happened.

What would you do if you left your door open and you came home and someone was sitting on your couch watching your tv? They aren't harming anything... they are just warming up the couch for you. Fuck that.

It's the same thing, trespassing is trespassing.

Hahahahaha, I was really not mad at this guy at all, let alone enough call a wrecker, I know how much that costs, I actually found it odd to get to live with this other car in my driveway. You know the whole inconvenience thing when I had to drive around him. I told one of his buddies I was taking pictures of the wreck that is my street. I thought it rather funny that someone would just park at my house when there was others to choose from. Though i was really stoked though when i went to leave for work and he was sitting in the RSX. The guy gave me a little nod as i rolled by to leave, letting my house empty while he sat in my driveway.

utter bullshit, who cares if he has a lot of space in his driveway, I see some random car parked in my driveway with no one around to tell me why -- I call the cops and get my f-in .357.

Now in this case you know who it is, he did the discourtesy of not asking, my line would be something like "Hey buddy, is this your car? Ever hear of asking? How bout you move this shit off my lawn before I have someone do it for you."

Now if the guy just asked, I'd say "Sure man, keep it off the grass and don't block the garage."

I'm a nice dude when people show me the same courtesy. You fuck with the system and make assumptions about what you can do on my property or with my stuff -- you better have a good sob story ready because I'll give you the crazy eyes and tell you to get the fuck out of my face.

Man this makes me angry just thinking about it. AT THE minimum, when you pulled in, he should of ran up the grass and said "Hey fellas, I was hoping it's okay if I can park here while we're doing this work, is that cool with you?"

Which is what I was waiting to hear when I pulled in. Not be given odd looks by a guy whos at my house and keeps coming and going as he wishes.

OMG i was so thinkin that but forgot to type it! COMMON MOTHER F***ING COURTESY!!! i mean just like ROADSTERD said, its still trespassing. lol that was too funny about sitting on the couch. i mean you can be nice but theres such thing as being too nice. who tha hell lets somebody sit in their car, on your grass, eating a f***ing sandwich, and while you have to leave for work he doesnt even say anything to you. just nodds and says "yea you little bitch, im in your driveway, on your grass (wich is probably dead), eating the sandwich your mom made you for work, and i didnt ask for shit!"

thats f'd up if you ask anybody that understands the definition of "common courtesy".

you should take it to harsh measures, i mean he seen you and sill didnt ask. then merrily went back to work. taking advantage of stuff that doesnt belong to him and once again you (or your parents) worked hard for.

              Ha-

We rolled up to Nate's house and there's just this random ass fuckin' HONDA in his driveway. One more time: 2 E30's roll up and there's a fuckin' honda in the driveway. A RSX at that.

I guess it kinda sucks that our E30's are in the same pic as a honda.

But at the same time, it's a good feeling, too.

Should've taken it for a test drive, after all, he left his keys in the fucking ignition. He did kinda make himself at home, there. Woulda been a bummer if it was accidently wrecked in the test drive though. lol fuck honda

I fucking hate that in America people have forgotten how to just go tell someone straight up that they aren't cool with what someone else is doing.

It's a waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles move when people call a towtruck without just saying something to someone, or having a sign clearly stating a rule. It's like confronting someone is a total lost art and people would sooner call the cops or a towtruck than just say
"Hey buddy - I don't mind if you park in my driveway, just stay out as close to the road as you can, and keep all 4 wheels on the concrete so I don't have to fix my yard. Thanks."

The guy is just trying to keep the inside of his car clean, and if he's one of the workers then he is just trying to get by in life. At least he's working instead of being some crack addict who smashes your window to steal your stereo for drug money.

I make a point when I move into new neighborhoods to introduce myself to neighbors & tell them if I am pissing them off, just come tell me. I'll do my best to comprimise, I just can't read minds.

Just go talk to the guy & let him know your rules for him parking in your driveway - show him where to park, etc. He'll appreciate it & you won't be stressed.

If you fuck with his car, he'll make sure there's an open ditch in front of your house overnight. At least I know I would if I was him.

I don't mean to take it out on you - but a 3 minute conversation with the guy would have ended it - and he might do you a cool favor like throw down some free asphalt if you are nice.

Seriously - man up & just go talk to the guy. He won't bite.

FARBIN - I'm surprised your little 2" nail trick didn't get you in trouble. You aren't allowed to set booby traps, outside or even inside your own home. If you would have lined up 18" rock it would have done the same thing without being a danger to small kids. Image how stupid you would have looked if a child had injured themself on your nails.

It's not how you handle the good times, but the faith you keep in the bad that defines you.

well, see in america theres a thing called crime and violence. i mean if he was to walk up to him and say "hey how are you? do you mind moving your car off my grass?" and then he'll say somthing like "piss off dickhead." or "f*** you" or he could :::pulls out gun::: "POW!". you never know with "americans" these days.

i mean it was rude enough for him to see him and still not say anything to him. i mean he was standing right in front of him and just acted as if it was his. thats disrespectful!

                  i like entertaining this thread.

                  FARBIN,
i live in a very ritzy neighborhood with people that think that "well he has a big yard, why not let my dog shit all in it. i know i have a bag but i dont feel like pickin it up.".
kids run all through my lawn (i live on a corner/cult'sac) and they play in it and they let their dog shit all over it. i mean i cant even walk to get my paper without stepping in some shit. my family can't play outside without rolling in shit. im sick of this shit! lol.

well like you, i have a little fix for it. thing is, i ask constantly for these people to not let their kids, dogs, and bikes in my yard. then i tell them. then i leave notices in their mailboxes, and they still do it!

i went to walmart not too long ago and picked up a nice 1100FPS bb/pellet rifle. its so quiet and strong. it (almost) went thru a 2x4.

now nieghbors are all confused and wondering why tha hell their dogs come home screaming (i try not to hurt em too bad, i love animals) and crying. i swear my dog shit issues have been cut in half. as for the kids, i have a very pretty but aggressive bijon frise (small dog) that eats kids for dinner. lol really! she is trained not to leave the yard and she wont, even if shes chasing a cat or kid.

bottom line is, people do what they want to do disregarding all morals, values, respect, and common courtesy. you have to bring it to those measures sometimes.

If someone parked in my driveway like that I would jack the car up, put it on dollies, and let it roll away.

I almost wish someone would park in my driveways so that I could do that, their face would be priceless as their car rolled down the hill driverless.

Well, I guess the rest of the neighborhood saw the ramifications of going thru my yard. As a matter of fact, It did not happen again from that point till at least after I moved out. My parents said after I moved out it happened multiple times.

I was immature, this was back in the late 90's.

You are a waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles. Shooting animals is a crime if there isn't a "clear threat to safety" - seriously. You simply collect the poo, walk over to your neighbors' & ring the bell. When they answer you simply hand them the bag & say "Your dog left this in my yard & it doesn't belong to me."

I did that to my buddy Steve last year one time, and I haven't had a problem since.

Seriously - what is your problem with just talking to someone?

If you see some kid doing stuff on your property, go grab them & take them to their parents - get the parents involved. If it's that big of a deal, fence your yard.

Quit shooting peoples' pets though - you opened with talking of crime & violence - you will get some violence if any of these owners figure out you're the waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles pet sniper in the neighborhood.
There's a 70 year old lady being prosecuted in the Bellingham WA area for shooting a pet if you want to research the results of shooting non-threatening animals. I think she's looking at a felony charge.

I don't see how you made the cause-result deal there between asking a guy to move his car, and getting shot for doing it. You don't seem to well grounded in reality, especially after your pellet gun that will almost bore a 2x4 story.

People are extremely receptive to working with you if you simply smile & talk politely. You'd be amazed. Put away the pellet gun & try it.

It's not how you handle the good times, but the faith you keep in the bad that defines you.

Worst post evar. You seem very immature or blatantly ignorant to common sense. I live in america too. And heres a calculated fact. .00000008 percent of construction workers carry guns while working. And about the same amount will drive that particular car and still have the balls to say that to owner of the property.

Call the cops if you're that afraid. The stereotypical redneck situation will probably not go into play with all his worker buddies watching. As someone else's post said, he probably isn't a crackhead lookin to kill you for some dope money.

                            . And another thing.
You bought a pretty high velocity air rifle. (From what I understand) I mean the one I played with as a kid was 550 fps I believe. But naw you scraped those extra few bux to puncture some doggy muscle fiber. You entertained this thread negatively in my humble opinion. For shame.

wow, you guys are so real. lol really i bought the gun for fun, pump it once and it cant hurt a fly. id say its pretty equal to hitting em with a newspaper.
as for everything else, thats for entertainment. i like the way you guys analyze and antiphon. i mean you guys riposte remarks makes me think im glad somebody has their heads on straight.
as for asking, if you would have read i did that multiple time and even consulted the neighborhood association and they've been fined. and the kids, i talk to their parents regularly, it seems they just want to be devious...

LINUS, you must live in a very nice town where people are cheery all the time. talking politely just doesnt work all the time. especially in the southern parts of texas. i love that idea of taking the shit to their house, thats pretty good. i might try that but then again, that will make me a doggy shit delivery man. im not going to stoop down to pick up another mans dog shit when he should just have enough respect to do as i ask if hes on my property. i dont work hard everyday to pay a high ass mortgage (seems like noo matter where u live its cost too much) to come come and see my kid with shit on the back of his shirt you know? lol, i might try it anyways tho. thanks

                                back to the forum topic:-D
