Driving 75mph right before crashing and crashing at 75 mph are two different things, I believe you did the first.

thats true but what does that mean i hit the wall at... 65-70? or did i slow all the way down to 25. cause i was the one that hit the wall, maybe i forgot...

To be honest, that looks like less damage than a 2007 MB C-Class Standard offset 45 MPH crash test. I'd assume you WHERE driving at 75 mph, lost speed from sliding friction due to your bald ass tires, scrubbed speed down to 40-50 mph, THEN maybe cliped wall, scrubbed off more speed, then offset collision. Just my opinion of the shots. I do lots of collision repair work.

There is a strong chance that if it was 70mph you did forgot, chances to get seriously injured are good when hitting solid obstacles 70mph with car engineered on late 70's.

A 70mph hit on a wall in an e30 would mean death. you spun which causes a lose in speed, and glanced the wall. Impact as a result of being at an angle would reduce the actual force.
