For performance, theyre pretty stiff. But not overly so. You take out the spring pads to make it lower. I dont have any noise at all with my suspension. I plan on taking out the spring pads in the rear this week to drop that more. The widebody thing was just an idea. I dunno, Ilike the way they look. Definitely will roll the fenders for 16x9s though.

And thanks for the compliments gentlemen.

I like the stance. Even painting the bottle caps back to silver would do wonders. Toss an i lip on it while you are at it (cheap and will clean up the front end).

Me and my boy sam put em on Ian. We went up to his house in atrashcadero. Gimme your ride for the day, and give him like $100, and he'll do it. (Im the guy you met at best buy about the wheels).

take a look at the rest of your suspension such as control arms, tie rods, cabs, sway bar links, bushings, strut bearings, and rear shock mounts. it sucks to do the same labor twice. or in my case three times.lol.( noticed i had two left control arms after i removed all my old crap) If your car is all original like most of our cars were when we got them, then invest in some more parts.

Yeah, that wouldnt be a problem I dont think. As for replacing the other parts, Im pretty sure he wouldnt do that. But it would be wise to do, especially the control arms. I plan on taking mine to the tire store on Higuera to do that.

If you need OEM BMW parts, I can get you guys those as well for cost + 20%. LMK.

+1, I took mine out 3 times as well. First attempt, I had the wrong springs they were e36's and I didn't know.
Second I installed the right springs, and realized I needed ball joints, bushings, etc.... So I was in for a third.
Oh well, at least the whole control arms, tie rod ends and sway bar stab are brand new now.

put on a lift, undo the rear shock. Get a pry bar, and remove the rear spring. When the springs out take out the pad. putting it in, it slides ride back in since theres more room. Hold up the wheel when putting the shock back in place. Its cake.

it drops even lower if you just remove the sway bar link. one bolt and no pry bar. i'd hate to scratch my shiny springs
