E30s Are Too Hard to Find; Got an E28 Instead

I have been hunting for an E30 for my youngest son. (My older sons and I already have three E30s between us.) Unfortunately, they are very hard to find in the PNW. (You guys already own all of them and are not selling.) My wife and I even drove seven hours to Poulsbo and back on Saturday to look at an E21 as an alternative.

No luck, until tonight. It is a 1984 533i with about 150,000 miles for $2,500.

Yeah, finding any BMW in the PNW isn't an easy task. Once you find one expect to pay more for it than you would in most of the rest of the US.

Just why does the PNW have more e30s than the other regions?

Fixed that for ya. :p Anyways, I usually see at least 5 different E30s everyday, some nice, but most are early models that are beat to crap.

              OP, nice car.

E28's are cool too. But why don't you just fly out and drive one home? That's what a guy from Wisconsin did when he bought my 87 325is.

my neighbor bought the e30 i now own, parked it in my parking lot, moved, and sold it to me for a couple hundred bucks worth of my labor on his DH bike. zinno, SC car, no rust but f-ed up leather; easy fix. i didn't even have to leave my driveway to find an e30! however, the following here is pretty much non-existent, unlike the PNW. looks like a nice e28 though!
