yeah, standard handle sight is cool, but i have to say, night vision is amazing.....try checking it out and being able to see into your neghbors house in the dark from way far away

i cant actually believe that a civilian has an M-4. in aust we arnt allowed any high powered guns what soever, were only allowed hunting rifles and little sidearms, and you have to take these courses on how to keep it safe and to use it in a danergous situation, and you also have to have a licence for it

I want a night-vision ready red-dot sight or an ACOG scope...right now I'm diggin the handle sight though, it's classic

I wouldnt waste my money on a night vision scope unless you are planning on shooting it only at nighttime. Go with the new ACOG 4x32 that also has a very small red dot sight as well for the close range shooting. Although this sight is close to twice what you probably paid for your rifle it is well worth it.

It is a Superior Arms actually...similar to Bushmaster, only all hand-built components (Bushmaster is mass produced). It was cheaper too :)

$839 before tax...not a bad deal for an AR-15. The comparable Bushmaster was $949.

Nice AR. I doubt it would have been useful if the situation would happen again. You wouldn't have time to get the gun out before getting maced. Always lock your doors with high quality dead bolts, even when you are home. It gives you time to load the firearms. :p

well i have very very little knowledge on guns, the only thing i know about them is what ive seen in movies :puppy: i just thought that a weapon that the armed forces use would of been high powered? ( they do use it right?) and know that i know its not fully auto its a different story

anyway my father once owned a few hunting rifles and a couple automatic pistols, but because of the laws that came in place years ago he had to hand them in, but he still owns about 3 double barrel shotguns that are really old, and cool hehe
