WOW that's a new lease on life you have there. 2 acres and trailer, and then the shop.
HAve no idea where Auburn is, but I do have houses in Cali [no acres of land or nothing]. They're in cities though, and well generaly Cali is an expensive place to live in, but it beats all other places...

So on that note I sincerely wish you all the best, success in your new venture, and hope you regain your capital real fast

Auburn is about 40 minutes east of Sacramento on I80. It's a nice smallish town in the Sierra Nevada foothills.
