Nah homie don't use air tools, you need heat and leverage. I'm a helicopter mech... air tools have no leverage. You need to hit the lugs with a propane torch ($30 at home depot) then use a big ass breaker bar. I have a 3/4 drive monster breaker with an adapter for 1/2 lugs.
You need to put steady constant pressure until it starts to loosen.. as in Don't try yanking or kicking it. Just set that bitch up and put your weight on the breaker bar until it starts breaking loose. If you don't have a big ass breaker you need to get at least a 1/2 drive breaker cause if you use a ratchet it'll break.
But Heat is key! Make sure you fucking bake that bitch with the torch!
40mm & 50mm adapters huh?? Where did you get those? I just got custom 20mm adapters made for my 16" Porsche RS's...$$$$!!! Were your adapters custom or does someone make them?
I've been looking at D90's as my second set of wheels but as you know my 20mm adapters would be way to small. I actually just found a set of 16x8 & 16x9 D90's!! I might just snatch them up. I wanna make mine satin blk with a red time attack ring. There is a perfect groove for it on these wheels.Last edited by SoCal Life; 03-05-2008, 01:11 AM.Comment

SoCal who did you buy your adapters from? www.adapitusa.com sells them for about $250 a set I think, built to your specs, but I am not sure if they come with a hubcentric lip or not.Comment
