I love it, dont paint the rockers, I always thought e30's look a little off ballance with painted front IS lip and black rockers. I love the wheels, but I too think the 318 badge is just a little off looking.

The 318 badge will stay on. I'm just looking for the IS badge.

Chris, the wheels actually aren't RA's. They're from EXIM. They were made in West Germany and to my understanding they're pretty rare and hard to come by. (If anyone has anymore information about them feel free to share.) Specs are the same as your RA's though, 15x7 et13. The tires are Falken Ziex 912's. Size like you mentioned is 225/50/15.

Because it looks best the way BMW did it. Body-color rockers/skirts make E30's look like beached whales. "Modding" things doesn't always make them better. ; )

Because the rear of the car would look ten times cleaner without the badge. It's just my VW influence coming into play in the BMW world, don't mind me.

Yes, color matched. As in the fact that the rockers and lower part of the valance are the same color as the rest of your car. Painted rockers show the shape of the body, especially if you have a body color front lip spoiler. With out the sides painted, it looks like the body just stops.

Painting the rockers/bumpers makes the car look lower, not bloated. ;)
