    The obd2 S52 will require a lil more work, however it can be done!
    You will want to convert it to run on OBD1 if swapping into the E30.

    Check the 24V section for info on it!

    Dont be too discouraged that you bought a auto, you will have to swap in the pedal box and a few other parts.

          Thanks for all the encouragement!!! My mechanic said we are going to run OBD I. I was helping him prep the engine for removal yesterday.

          I am checking out the 325i tomarrow morning and taking cash with me just in case. What should I look for?

          Working top
          Rust
          cracks on dash


          I am kinda bummed out that it has a brown top...are hard tops available?

              Yeah, it sucks big time. I was hoping Chris wouldn't find out but there is no hiding from the internet. How is he doing? He is in AZ right? I'll send him some pics to his email if he wants them.
