My "is" gets new paint

My 89 "is" goes in for new paint next monday.I just finished the bodywork and here's the before shot before paint. I'll post an after pic later.

Factory color. Lachssilber. Plus i"ll be adding an "ix" body kit and a Racing Dynamics rear apron.

What wrong with the "ix" body kit and the sport mirors?I think they are both very conservative.

the iX flares will look good, but i dont like the mirrors. your car though, do what you like.

you guys gotta get over your mirror phobia...change can
be good...i have the M3 mirrors and i think it is a definite
improvement over the factory 'flag'...

The one thing i realy like about these mirrors is the way the driver side glass is shaped to elliminate the blind spot.I can see a car in it till it is right even with me.

Hey you gonna show for next NE meet? I say keep em and if you don't like em after the spray have your OEM done up. or better yet have them done at same time so you can flip flop when ever you like.

Change is good as long as you like your car that's all that matters. Hell why else would we have monster wings on honda's if people could adopt change. Unless they were just playing follow the group leader.
