Hey thats me wiping down my bronzit!

This was my first vintage show. I had a great time and met some cool people. I barely got the car ready in time, she was just painted last sat. Still allot of work to be done.

The drive with the 02's sunday morning was fun. Went up to the blue ridge parkway and had lunch. I drove back to atlanta with scott and son in the red m2.

    See everyone next year!

Not the best shots, but they give you some idea.

Shit, I was there, but didn't meet any of you fellows. Drove the crappy looking blue euro E28 w/ yellow fogs and one blue headlight.

I got to ride back in the white 2002 w/ the S14 swap, from West Virgina to New York (we took I-81) and that thing was fast, but sucked balls. The exhaust needs to be redone, because it vibrates anywhere between 3K-5.5K , and shakes the transmission tunnel, which then vibrates the seats constantly, and then you go deaf after about 20 minutes. So riding in that for 5hrs. sucked balls.

But awesome pictures, and I will be there next year for sure, hopefully in a 2002.

P.S. Stu, was your E30 the one with the 316i badge on the back? Sure sounded like an S50 car...

Hey there. I believe I spoke to you and some other guys about E30 and E28 euro bumpers among other things. The bronzit looked great. A friend of mine actually told me that the finish on your wheels was an actual finish offered by Alpina. I forgot what the name was, but they look great on that car.

It's a 3.6 liter. I'll see Jim tomorrow and I'll try to get some pictures of the car/engine bay. It's a pretty awesome car. BTW the swap was completed by Touring Car/Eurowerkes in Matthews. Want an S38 in your E30?

Might be night time before he makes it out to the shop though. We all hang out on Wednesdays, you and Trevor should come down sometime. Bring Mitch too. He needs to pick up his seat.

316d, sir. Makes for great gas mileage and really pulls the honies.

Sure, I'd love one in there. :D

I'll let Trevor know about that, it's always helpful to meet someone well-versed with S38's.

I almost forgot about that little truck built on the 02 chassis. That thing was badass.

It's not quite 'god's country'; it's more like god's armpit.. But we do with what we can. That's why we're just so freakin' nice.

There was some serious cougar material at the show as well, best was a HOT 35-40 year old up at the covered area by the E30s in a low cut black top. Stu knows the one I'm talking about. Some definite trophy wives to be seen.
