New to the board & my $500 E30 project *lots of pics*.
Picked her up last September from a friend of mine who owned it for 3yrs. Mechanically the car is sound. Cosmetically it has a lot of dings/couple small dents & 3 rusted through holes which I'm still unsure if I should even bother trying to patch up. I'm not really sure what my plans in the future are for this car, but for the meantime you can get a feel below...of what I've done. :D

Here are some things I've done to help revive her:
-new glove box (to replace the non-existent one)
-new front/rear roundels
-new lower front bumper valence (missing when i bought it)
-new Vogtland springs/KYB shocks
-new front rotors & pads
-painted rear taillights using Testors Candy Apple paint
-repainted all plastic trims using Duplicolor Trim paint
-sanded down rusted areas on the rear quarter wheelwells & a couple on the door. Masked, treated, & resprayed those areas using Duplicolor black paint.
-chipped away at the rust underneath the windshield (don't know what to do w/ this), under the battery by the rear bumper valence, & under the front drivers rocker panel......i'm open to suggestions w/ this.
-treated all lower rocker panels w/ 3M undercoating spray
