ummmm i have a 666fab skid plate that is not really helping my current situation. But I am going to make one out of 1/4 steel diamond plate, and will prolly raise my motor up.

As for the Dub scene, I used to have a couple myself from a bus to a 1.8T GTI, I must say the crowd is a bit different but they are all cool bunch. Always welcome to help out.
I notice these days the VW crowd appreciate a the classic BMW's. I like to use and bring some of the VW styling to the BMW scene.

Yea, Tom and I were actually talkin about you when he came up for the NorcalVW Annual BBQ. As for the vdub styling, thats what I tried to do with with my e30. I think it came out alright.

it's the m-technic II body kit, a special factory optional (OEM) kit for '92-'93 convertibles. The kit includes:

- Door caps
- Side skirts
- fender panels
- front bumper
- front valence cover
- rear bumper

As for the Dub scene, I love E30 owners, and Dub owners, but more often than not, the average newer model BMW owner wont acknowledge your presence on the street, sometimes even shows. I'm not saying this is entirely true, but it seems owners past the E36 era couldn't be bothered with the classics. Sad really :(

The Dubbers are a much more laid back and friendly group.
