I just need to get new exhaust very soon, so give me your opions on what to put on.

Ireland Engineering (www.bmw2002.com) makes a pretty good exhaust. I have it, and I think a few other guys on here do as well. It's probably the cheapest you will find (with the exception of an Ansa or stock replacement) at $445 right now.

If you want to spend a little more...I've always been a big fan of Supersprint.

So if I don't want it to be extremely loud this is the way I should go? Looks good to me.

I got another friend thats gonna try to do something too....thanks for this one though..I can change it around then. It's gonna be temporary till I get pics with my weaves on it.

I think you mean "you" have weaves....and I do, I showed a pic of one of 'em on the first page. I had them put on today with new tires. The tires that were on them were beyond bald. So I drove it home on the winter tires with those hideous wheels.

i'm debating whether those are more hideous than bottlecaps or not. the weaves look sexy though.

Yeah, it won't be too loud. A little louder than stock with a little better quality sound as well. It's a good option, especially for the money.

Interior pics are on the way. I have to use a friends camera untill mine gets out of the shop. The drivers seat has 2 tares, but other than the the interior is in great shape.

There is no doubt in my mind that they are uglier than bottlecaps. I dont even know if they are going to be worth puting on ebay (or the side a go-kart trak).

BavAuto also has a special on Scorpion Exhausts this month. I really don't know that much about them, but they are only $449.95 this month.

I dont live too far from you. I have a white 325is as well with a SUpersprint and love the sound. Loud when you want it and quiet when on the freeway. Spendy yes .... but i love it.

I think I'm gonna go with the IE. It seems to be the one for me at this point. I don't have a lot of cash or a job (yet), so The IE is a seems to be a better fit. Has anyone heard anything on these Scorpion ones from Bav Auto? Same price range as the IE, but I don't know anything about them. These exhaust systems are legal too, right? I gotta pass emisions.

EDIT: Turner is selling cat back supersprint for $600....so I don't know. Can I get soundclips of Supersprint and IE?

that IE exhausts looks tempting, don't have the cash for it right now, and i wanna wait till i can get my underbody cleaned up
