The nekkid M-System's look great on the car, I love the stock finish on the lip to. Everyone machines or polishes them, but they look much better (IMO) with the stock finish. The lower portion of that valence is painted black, did you do that or did it come like that? It looks nice.
There are aspects of the US bumpers that I do like, specifically, what you just mentioned. What I don't like is tired old chrome, and the gaudy rubber surrounds and goofy sidemarkers. I like the length of them as well, but I don't know if I can stand the negatives. The euro stuff is just so svelte and clean looking.

I have considered doing the "lipo/bumper tuck" and painting the chrome parts either body color or black (like the M5).

It's sitting on Eibach pro-kit springs and Bilsty sports, and for my taste, is a bit too low. I'm going to have to go through the suspension at some point and make some changes so we'll see how it goes.

Josh, this car looks great from a distance and in pictures, but this car is NOWHERE near the car that my e30 was. For the money, and considering I really wanted to give the 28 a try, I'm happy. I do wish the details were cleaner, but I really am enjoying the car. IF I do keep the car for the long term, I'll still be thinking about painting it Titansilber amongst other changes. I'm still going to change out the exhaust to something more proper.

lol, i already tried it, but the grill is slanted so much on this car it didn't sit right. also the color didn't suit it like it did on the 30.

That there is a damn good looking e28. I love the naked m-systems, looking very nice. I still have your red e30 as my desktop pic so I'm looking forward to seeing if this will make the laptop screen. :D

I want to blow a load all over that E28s stomach. Jesus thats nice. US bumpers dont even look that bad on it. I love E28s. And dont worry about the jacking up of each corner, thats what I did when I got my 17" RS's from Markus. I just couldnt wait.

It's been ten years since I had an iS like that, same color, euro lights, 17s. Your primo car is totally pulling my nostalgia string. Man, that thing is so nice....
