It's cool. I spent most of the time out front with the cars. Your dad is pretty cool. Also ran in to him and your mom at bimmerfest.

So i replaced my 1st timing belt, what a pain in the arse. I wish the whole nose of the car came off like on audis. It took me 6.5 hrs including wasser pump and cam seal. Glad i won't be needing to do it again any time soon.

They are in really good condition except for a dime size tear on the bolster of the drivers seat. Installed the brembo blanks and finished putting the dash back together. All i need to do is install the cluster and steering wheel. I must admit i was a little nervous when i fired her up but she ran smooth with no leaks. I found cigarette butts and carrot slices on the engine. Also appeared to have dried apple sauce. lol.

nice.... keep up the resto on the MTECH II, it's definately worth it if it's a REAL one.... is you roof automatic or manual?

if you can get some spare parts for Mtech II's or a cabrio, I need a couple of things to refresh mine...

It was no fun at all. I hate airbag cars and autotragics. Just adds that extra frustration when having to remove and install more parts. Also hate the revised cooling system. It is an an original 325ic with "mtech II appearance package". It has a power top but the motors are not synced. Cabrios are pretty common at the junkyards i go to. Found one with a near flawless ( except drivers seat) black leather interior. I was goint to grab them but i had no room with the dash and all.

Thanks. It was my second time around. Check out what they did to my coupe the 1st day i ever brought it to school. Took me 3 days the 1st time with all the rewireing i had to do.
