I'm working on a purchase of the same kind/looking vehicle.

Though its in worse condition, with a front end collision but since cleaned up, a dent in the back, but i could fix it, the top is ok* and interior was redone custom and looks bad so that would require replacement. Shocks are original and its an auto. So, it needs a LOT of lovin'.
It had shitty chrome 18's with rubberband tires. I convinced the guy to put the bottle caps back on. He is firm at like 5.8k... which is complete BS price for the amount of work needed with a moderate wreck in the front end. I know i should just walk away... but if i could talk him down to 1.5k, do you think its worth it then? Whats the most you would pay? I told him already that I have to walk away if he cant work with numbers below 2k and he left it at that. But the car is gonna be sitting there for another several months if he keeps it up.
Hopefully, he comes to his senses and lets me repair it to its original beauty.

Depends on if it has the mtech front bumper skin and valance. Worst case scenario if you pay 2k for the car and have a change of heart you can sell the mtech kit sepeartely and then sell the car for a grand or part it out.
