I generally agree with your dead body stacking philosophies, but at anything below 9/10ths driving (which shouldn't be going on on the street) you aren't going to notice.

The only thing I noticed was a slightly rougher ride from going to 40 series from 45 series. I haven't gotten a chance to take them down any fun roads yet (get them back from getting refinished, again, tomorrow) to see if the heavier wheel is going to affect the way the suspension is setup.

But I've noticed with the Konis, they suck/are choppy/feel underdamped in town, but then once you up the pace and start driving they feel very composed.

My daily commute is hilly, twisty and fast-paced. I notice it. You might be too dense to but I'm not.

This is completely offset from my original point though, which was that for the money there are A) better wheel options (in terms of weight and appearance, in my mind at least) and B) better bang-for-the-buck modifications for an E30, suspension being the biggest.

Well no one is going to notice the difference on YOUR daily commute as no one here drives the same roads you do daily.......that should be pretty obvious;)

Since you are so emotionally dead against the sport max(which is fine to each their own), and you seem to be the only one that thinks they are a horrible choice for a DD....please give your suggestions to the op for better rims in the same price range that would please you for his car

Koseis (yes I know they are discontinued) or the new 15x8 wheel in the autox section. Both weigh less and look a lot better.

Weaves, if they're free. Otherwise, money that could be put MUCH more effective places is being wasted on mods that are strictly for appearance.

Now can you stop being an idiot? I expressed an opinion which I believe to be valid and if you don't agree with me, fine.

confused as to why you are the only one allowed to disagree/have an opinion but everyone else is an idiot for doing so?

I think getting emo over rims you didnt buy on a car you dont own is pretty idiotic
