you definitely have your work cut out for you. if you get a euro plate it should fill that front gap.

That will make a nice car with some work , good platform .I have some nicer sport seats that color I took out of mine , I changed my interior to black , so I have pretty much that whole intirior in that color if your other seats fall through , I havn't decided weather or not to sell them yet . but let me know .

        GAAT DAAM!

Dat dere car looks rough, bruddah.

Seriously though, get to work on that damn thing. You will find parts as things get desperate. Start off by replacing the stuff that really matters, as needed, like control arm bushings, struts, shocks, brakes, typical maintenance stuff like timing belt, whatever...get the car behaving well before you tackle the looks part.

Do a bumper tuck, remove every piece of trim, buff the crap out of that paint, re-paint EVERY single piece of trim everywhere on that car, a little drop and you would be shocked how nice that turns out.

Is your 1st or Reverse really that far up that the center console had to be cut?

Now THAT's what you call completely worn out shifter bushings-and possibly a bent selector fork in the transmission because of it.

Luke-as long as it doesn't have any, or at least minimal, rust then a good solid shell can go a long way into making a nice E30 again. To be honest-you have a LOT of work ahead of you as well as some cash outlay-but in the end these cars are worth it.
