    Looks fun, I haven't been there for years since I was on a collecting trip.

    I don't remember much about the dirt, since I was in a truck. Would my car that has a 60/40 kit and an IS lip make it?

      i've never been but i'd love to visit. it's an excellent example of how natural environmental phenomena, man's alterations to the environment and/or environmental tourisim can fall flat on their respective face. it looks like it'd be a beautiful & potentially scary place to live. cool pics, thanks for sharing!

          I did a report on it back in the 90's when Sonny and Mary Bono were activly trying to "fix" the Salton Sea. And it's all just a broken levee's fault. My grandmother, more recently, (late 90's) owned a diner in Salton City.
