That's actually what the DC chapter of the BMWCCA would consider an autocross course. When I lived down in DC, that's what most of my autox's looked like.

Those boys love sick track layouts like that design. Most SCCA chapters frown on courses like that, going moreso for a flowing "road course" layout.
