Love it! Have always loved that style and always will. Its funny how all the wannabee track stars love to rip on everyone who loves their car for simply the fact that its a car that they love (if that make sense). My eta is a total POS, it doesn’t handle, it doesn’t go fast, rarely has tires that aren’t bald and I love the hell out of it. Why? It puts a smile on my face every time I drive it. It will never be used for a track car nor will I ever care if it goes fast. When I was 18 years old I really wanted a fast car, but when you basically lose your license for driving fast the appeal of it all kind of goes out the window. The day that I can afford to drive a fast car on a race track, is the day I will buy a race car. His old BMW is fucking awesome for what it was built for.
sometimes you just have to know when to say "no".
youre trying too hard dude. if i pulled up along side you i would laugh at you
i wish the underlined part would happen because then everyone on this thread would just laugh back at you and say "oh, your the one that looks like a dumb-ass in their avatar......fag"
He sold at least 3 cars within a year to myself and people local to me. On those cars, every fastener that could be loosened with a screwdriver had been left loose, including fuel, coolant, and any others with hoseclamps (like the throttle boot, etc.). The car I bought [back] is one that I had sold to him in pristine shape. I drove it about 100 miles home leaking coolant/fuel all over the engine block and exhaust. I was pissed..
I thought I PMed you about it after you bought the car. Guess not, sorry.
I think Chris was the previous owner, correct? I thought this was the same car, but if it isnt just disregard this post.

No PM, but you are right, it was Chris. It took me ages to get the title. After about 6 months I thought I had been scammed because he wouldn't answer calls and the like, and then as soon as I left a message on another number I got through someone that alluded to taking him to court over it, I got a call saying the title was on the way.
Anyways, another story, another thread. Fortunately the car has been pretty reliable. The only real complaint I have is that it munches control arm bushings like woah.
And he lied to me about the AC, and the heat that doesn't turn off. :-/
I dig it. With that being said, if it were mine I would change up a few things. But it is yours so do as you please. With that also being said, you need to pick up a ratty old mattress to put on the roof rack.
