Silly boy Cramer. I did have the fiberglass portion painted. The rubber piece is not supposed to be painted. Its alot like the rear lip on the E28 M5.

The receiver in fact is not stock. It is an old SONY product from way back in the early 90's. I am the second owner and the original woman put this in. The car was rear ended about 15 months ago and has a new rear clip. The rear fenders were not damaged and the repair place painted the rear quarters up to the doors including the trunk. They wanted to total the car especially when the final bill came to $6200 and some change.
Oh and yes while they did that they resprayed the lower valance. While the car is not 100% original it is damm good enought for me especially with 184,000 miles. Thanks boys

Looks great! You need MHW smoked turn signals and tails, then it would be sick. Looks very stock, maybe all red tails would keep that look. Either one would look great, and whats the model number for that headunit? Does it have a CD player in the face, or is it a CD changer from the trunk? Looks like mine, but with more buttons...
I'm pretty sure these run on small bulbs with green lighting, transparent "paper". I'm pretty sure you can change it to amber after opening it up too...that is, if yours isn't already amber. Anyways, looks great!
