the fender should come off easy. i did one on my old 2002.
i think AAA will total my cat. i will take the money, buy it back, and fix it. at least that is the plan as of now.

In all honesty you shouldn't have gone through your insurance to fix that. That really isn't bad and the $ they give you to fix it is nothing compared to what you are going to be giving them back in raised rates. IE you are going to end up paying like three times the cost of the repair when its said and done.

yeah thats pretty fixable. if you look hard, you can find all the damaged panels in AWII and wouldnt even have to paint. the only hard thing i see to fix is the radiator support. if the car is mechanically sound, fix it. if theres a bunch of other problems, part it out.

i think im going to fix it. the car really has no other big problems. it really depends on how much money AAA will give me. it is already a salvage title car so is it really worth fixing again? if i part it out how much money do you think i could make? more then $1,000? it really all depends on what i can get from AAA. if i can get a good amount for it ill part it and use the money to buy a car with a bit more power.

i had to call AAA because MUNI would report the crash and AAA would find out anyways. plus i don't even think they will offer to fix it because it is a salvage title car and they won't want to put any money in it.

White E30's are becoming extinct...someone just pulled a hit&run on my car last Friday night. They hit my rear drivers side corner and lightly crumpled the rear quarter panel.

this is fucked up! so i just talked to the insurance rep and he said there is proboly no way i am getting any money for my car from them because i don't have colition coverage. bull shit. i don't have any money right now and no job, but i might get one soon at kragen. looks like i might need to take a semster off school and make some money or something. life is a bitch some times. ill update you guys when the guy comes and looks at my car, and i find out what they are going to do.
it's looking more and more like a part out. then i will work and save and then buy a new one. fucking bull shit!!!

There not going to want to fix it. there going to tell you its a 1,300 dollar car, and its going to piss you off because you know and I know its not a 1,300 dollar car. i would just take the money they give you and fix it. because the same thing happend to my e34, and i had to fight them about it, because its a ac schnitzer eruo e34. and i only got 3,500, but i stared parting it and now i regret it. because its in peaces in front of my house and my family hates it. lol save you time and money and just fix it.

If you just have liability coverage AAA won't give you anything for it. But for what you saved in just having liability it might still be worth it to just fix it.

Damage looks worse then it really is because of the fender and hood. Pull those off and take a picture of the damage so others can make a better judgment on the damage. It doesn't look bad at all and fenders and hoods can be found cheap and the PNP.

If it was me I'd fix it and since it's already salvage repairing it won't make it worth any less.

yeah my insurance told me the same thing. and i am also an unemployed student. im just gonna go to the junkyard and find what i can to replace the fender and hood. and get someone else to do all the other stuff.
