it don't look good but this car is light. this is a auto cross car.
you should see if you can work something out with the fender delete's. maybe paint them black or something. just blend them in to the rest of the car a bit so they dont stick out like a sore thumb.

Psst, no one is ragging on the car because you're trying to be an "individual", they're ragging on the car because it looks like a piece of shit. Move out of your parent's house and get off of your little self-induced "millenial" pity party.

Garden edging, it's lightweight too. It'll look like a Volvo lip, but for the bumper!

I was thinking maybe a nice antiqued bronze. The weathered look coming out via cracks in a aqua patina.

The only fit I'm throwing is a fit of laughter.

I only made this thread for the bunch of people who PM'd me telling me they like the car, it's ok, I'll take the heat for them, I think you people are ridiculous.

I suppose it just pisses you god fearing hate mongers off more to know that every attempt at hurting my self esteem merely ends in my thinking less of your already overly inflated ego. What can one man do? :nice:

Going back and looking at his "track" photos of him playing tofu-boy at an autox, you know what would net the OP a much better weight savings than tinfoil bumpers?

It worked for Siragusa, it can work for you.

It's not like I took them of with the purpose of being different.

It happened like most of my other weight reduction. I was changing my fender and when I pulled the bumper off and felt how heavy it was, ran the numbers in my head and weighed the pros and cons. The bumpers stayed in the garage, along with my cat back exhaust, under car heat shielding, etc.

LOL you removed the heat shields for weight savings? Seriously, they weight maybe 3lbs..

And I'm sure plenty of the people here can out drive you in our "heavy" e30s, it's called track time. Try it street racer dude.
