What you fail to realise is that forum is called r3vlimited, here anything remotely different is shunned and made fun of. These are the same people who shunned the s52 swap in the OG days, if they're even old enough to remember. You see they have such low self esteem that they must constantly recieve approval for all of thier actions by thier peers otherwise they feel alone and unloved (which you really are). So yes lemmings, keep jumping on the bandwagon and ignoring individuality and forget your ability to make decisions for yourself, you'll be happier that way, it's nice to think other fake people like yourself like you.

b. That was about a year and half ago, the turns are gone, the pinstripe is gone, and the fiberglass hood and trunk are painted.

C. It weighs less than the diving boards that were on there.

D. Theres hardly any bondo on there, mostly sheet metal.

you should see if you can work something out with the fender delete's. maybe paint them black or something. just blend them in to the rest of the car a bit so they dont stick out like a sore thumb.

Going back and looking at his "track" photos of him playing tofu-boy at an autox, you know what would net the OP a much better weight savings than tinfoil bumpers?

It's not like I took them of with the purpose of being different.

It happened like most of my other weight reduction. I was changing my fender and when I pulled the bumper off and felt how heavy it was, ran the numbers in my head and weighed the pros and cons. The bumpers stayed in the garage, along with my cat back exhaust, under car heat shielding, etc.
