Guess what poser? You're the tool running around those hills.
I can guarantee your driving ability is nowhere near the level at which "modifying" your car by unbolting the bumpers for weight reduction will make any difference.
With an F1 driver? Probably not, with these tools running around my hills?
Every few days. We can add s2k's, EVO's, every BMW i've run across, a couple Porsches, c5 zo6, a 360 modena......
It pays to know your road and not really give a shit about the car. I can push much much harder than they are willing to.
I know I will die young...... Live while I can!sigpic

My car is completely stock.
I have a hint for you non-believers, in the hills, power is always good, but handling, and braking are king. You want to find out for yourself, lay down a benjamin at the bottom, and it'll be mine. 'll probably finish my ciggarette before you get there too.Comment

youve been thought of as sad for a long time. you just wernt aware of it.
if i may be so bold as to make a suggestion... chip out all that filler, give back the boat trailer turn signals your stole from your neighbor and partner with e30rcr,dannyboy and the fabulous john mason to fabricate some lightweight roof flashing bumpers attached with aeronautical titanium hollow rivets.
Don't you know the bondo he used to fill all that is made from aerospace closed cell expoxy filler, it's virtually weightless, I made my radiator from that stuff, saved 37.8 pounds!Comment

do you ride with a passenger of the 200+ variety? you know to even out the load and keep the balance of the vehilce.Originally posted by FerdinandI carry a cheap pressure gauge in my glovebox with which to manually check my tire pressures, but I keep forgetting that in the USA glovebox space is sacred as it is reserved exclusively for the purpose of storing handguns.

I don't want to get into all of my mods, but lets say that special attention has been paid to the passenger side.
I was just discussing buying some cornerweight scales with my buddy, we could do his vette, pops viper, my m3, and this car, I don't want to spend the time on the e28

No thats some guy at the UFO event who claimed to be a pro drifter of 6 years and tried to give me pointers that were retarded.
I watched him "slide" after my run group and he never entered a corner remotely sideways and couldn't carry his slide out more than 5 feet. Not to mention his angle was shit!Comment
