Went to visit my M3

What kind of springs/shock is it on? Looks a little lower than stock.

Here is the suspension list:

I just put a stromung exhaust on my e30. I <3 it!!

I have one on my vert also. I like it a lot. I can't wait to hear it on this one.

you mind me asking what you paid for it? looks nice.

I paid too much considering the amount of work that needs to go into it. If I can keep my job through this economy I will look at this project as a hobby rather than an investment. I will enjoy the romance of bringing her back rather than counting the dollars. If I know how much goes into this car, then my wife will need to know, and that won't be good.

If I remember right it had a good amount of mileage on there too, but it looked like a nice find in pretty original shape. You might see me bombing around town in a red wannabe m3. Good find man!

My e30 just came back from German Autosport. I live literally 1 minute from there. I saw that car when I was down there, it is a bit rough. If I remember right it had a good amount of mileage on there too, but it looked like a nice find in pretty original shape. You might see me bombing around town in a red wannabe m3. Good find man!

High mileage it is. Original it is not. In addition to the suspension it has a built S50 with under 50K total miles. I need to get a full parts list from the owner before the last, and I have not driven it much yet, but I am told that the motor is pretty strong.


I am hoping that by summer of 2013 the car will be where I want it to be. Until then I will have fun with it.

Thank you. I am going to take my time with this and do it right. I have been waiting for something to put turbines on. I love them too. They are such a weird piece of factory engineering.

The car has a lot of miles and some things don't work anymore, so I will be replacing whatever I can with manual versions. We will see how well it works.

No disrespect but from the looks of that car and the things it needs, I'm surprised to hear it has an S50 in it. WTF? You'd think people would take better care of their cars or at least address the other issues while or before doing a swap.
