Very cool, but not a fan of those mirrors, even on E36 M3's.

    Love the collection too!

    Reminiscing...

Pic 3 was how my car looked as of March 07, just before the swap started. Driving in Atlanta sucks and I decided to 'bump' a crossover SUV. It did that to my car and only a scratch to her bumper...

At any rate, I have the stock mirrors painted as well and will probably put those on there as soon as I swap my interior and give the car a good wash. It'll soon be Delphin on Black! With the help of a little Lexol, the new leather interior will be nice and supple.

Oh, and I added an ///M grill badge, due to what's under the hood! I guess, by r3v standards, it's questionable. It's cool though.... I like it and with no rear badge, not too many people will be noticing it. Besides, I have the engine to back it up!

Thanks again for the compliments and criticisms. Back to the family time!

Very nicely done, your dad works at Motorsport Connections? Or they just let you guys use the shop space?

I like the family's collections, very nice. Would love to see some pics of the ///M6.

Your car is mean man, one hell of a sleeper. Would look bananas with a tech 2.

Yeah, dad works at Motorsport Connections... just off 158, if you're familiar. He's been there for almost 4 years now. It's great going up there and hanging out at the shop and it's a great place to get some cheap parts.

His next project should be restoring his '72 Camaro, but that's been a long time coming. He also has a turbo 3.5 sitting in the garage out of a 745i that he's been wanting to put in that 635.

hey, formula driver, what HID kit are you running? The H1's in my smilies aren't up to par anymore. Probably need some nice new shiny reflectors while I'm at it.

Wow, very nice collection. The e30 looks pretty good, and the pictures you have make the BMP bumper very appealing. I think it looks best on track cars, but maybe that could be a nice alternative to my current early bumper issue.

Both 6ers look very nice indeed. I see so many that are in terrible shape, that I don't rate them on the same level of e28s/e30s/e34s. But your picture reminded me of a 6er meet we set up outside philly, and thinking of those m6s and euro bumpered sharks makes me want one badddd.
My e30 and e28 are both up for sale::
