The e36 needed some serious interior cleaning, since it was cold out and I'm a wuss I turned on the heater and the two got to see each other for the first time. The e30 started life as an M42 powered daily driver/auto crosser and after three solid years it was time to take it off the road for a while. I picked up an entire NV M50 for cheap, tore it down, resealed it from top to bottom and added a lightweight flywheel and M3 clutch. The e36 is my daily driver, it has some modifications but mostly stock, sharked dme, H&R with bilstein sports out back, Koni adjustables in front, delrin trailing arm bushings, poly shock mounts, delrin CA bushings, slotted rotors with PBR pads, clear turns, BBQ grille paint wheels. As of today the M50 still isn't running, its been sitting for months, DME doesn't seem to be grounding the main relay. Not sure when I will have nice full weekend to troubleshoot it.
