i am tempted by the D40's price, but its a bit skimpy on features.

i got mine with just a 18-55 lens.

the price is really dropping on the d40's. They don't have a ton of features but you get a pretty good bang for your buck imo. I can't see the pics you took at work but I'll check em out when I get home. I love your RD wheels :twisted:

Those wheels look titts in that finish!!! I've always liked your car in your sig, I personally would smoke the ellipsoids, do black kidneys, shadowline, and call it a day.

P.S there are license plate holes in your bumper for a reason, either put it there, or not at all. :p

Don't do smoked Lamin-x, it demishes your light output too much and tends to look like a dark brown. Follow one of the DIYs here to smoke them without impacting your light output.

Otherwise, looks nice. I like the wheels. But fix your license plate.

thanks for the input. i looked up the DIY, and it sounds like sticking it in the over to get the lense off is the best way. hmm... maybe ill be able to do it when summer gets closer, that way i dont have to rush to get my lights back in.

pics look good but if you waited till later in the day or earlier they would have turned out a little better. Some of the best shots i've seen are in low light situations. Keep up the good work.

car looks good! whats canons equivalent to the 40d? rebel xti? i usually borrow my friends 40d but i used a xti yesterday they have the same esact features. i kinda like how the nikon works more tho.
