Yeah I dont dig the black on those wheels for your car.

I do think silver would look best unfortunately. I like what you're doing with your choice of wheels, but I think you could do better with a more euro style wheel. Car looks amazing though nonetheless.

Edit: Black looks good too. Leave it and buy more part with said moneys.

Polished is the shit. But don't do that, it's hard as fuchhh with spokes like that. Plus keeping them clean would be a bitch too. Unless you had them cleared too.

I like the black, but am getting bored with it, it just sucks because Bronzit is hard to find something to go with it. The flattening agent used weaked the paint/clearcoat like crazy and the finish is chipping everywhere and that was even on the shops 2nd try.

Alpine, you have me seriously considering polished now. Do you think it would be too "blingly" with Bronzit? I know it would suck to keep up, but just might look amazing. I'd really like a set of polished 16 x 9.5" Work Meister's on the car, but the engine swap and stuff is coming before a second set of wheels.

Best idea you've ever had, btw. I'd go with 17" with the BMP kit though. That "painted" trim works well with 17" wheels.

Polished wheels look badass on ANY car. Period.

I think you could much better pull off your current look if the moldings in the bumpers were black as well

Plus, if you want flat black rims painted right & durable, DuPont has a paint called "hot hues hot rod black" and thats what I used for all the trim on my car. Holdin up just fine

^ Only problem with that is, the bumper "trim" is part of the bumper. It would have to be taped off and painted. Which MIGHT actually not be bad considering it looks like it should be black. Mmmm Photoshop time.

I wonder if it would be better to just paint match the impact strips on the side?

                    Anyone? ;)

No fucking shit! I think that wins fucking big time over black on the bumpers.

The black contrast will come in with mirrors and shadowline. But if I go polished wheels, I need to polish the trim and go back to chrome kidneys.

                            So many choices.

                            Damn.

You could always do what Jordan did and just pull the side trim and fill the holes... lol that would require another respray though, so yeah don't do that.
