Genuine Alpina e24s came with special glass(windshield, door windows and rear window), its a special bronze tint in the glass itself.

Some euro E24s came with bronze glass from the factory, and last I check, most of it still available new. My '83 has bronze glass. I don't think Alpina ever touched the glass from everything I have read on the E24s, but if you have some literature or something that would be really interesting!
