    Goodbye and Hello

Some of you may know me from other forums.. but I used to drive a Dakar-II S52 M Coupe. A new owner awaits it at some Dodge Dealer where it was wholesaled after being traded in for another very special vehicle at a new Rusnak BMW Dealer near my parents pad.

My dad had been eyeing this car for a little over 2 months now, where the price started remarkably and stupidly high. Over time it went down, and a special weekend came by where he noticed it had dropped SIGNIFICANTLY. I received a phone call and text and within minutes was detailing my car for a Dealer Presentation.

    Final Detail:

    Bye Bye Coupe :(

Final Wave.. many many good memories in this car.

Before we knew it, The Coupe was traded and an impeccable 05 E46 M3 SMG TiAg with 41k miles was added to our fleet. The car that has replaced The Coupe is a seriously MINT 04 330Ci 6spd CPO with JUST over 32,000 miles.

The 330Ci was originally my dad's. He put a BMW Performance Intake, SSK, and Muffler on it as well as a brand spankin' new E46 M3 steering wheel that works with the DICE module. This car is outstanding in every way. It drives and looks awesome.

Onto the pictures. The M3 was detailed by a good friend Clint, as well as my Mom's 330 Sedan. Talk about a BMW Family? Sister's got a Red Mini.. but whatev- this will do just fine !

    The 330Ci

A good weekend with good friends, lots of detailing, and a great meal to end the day.

Don't worry, in approximately 1 year I'll have a SpecE30 and will rightfully be posting here again. Until then... I will resume lurking and posting occasionally. Look out for Erik's new drift video I'm editing ;)

Me too :( This car will suit me at this point in my life a lot better though. Lugging film equipment around in an M Coupe isn't the easiest of tasks.. Ha! Plus I was running faster times in this car @ 75% than I was in the Coupe @ 90%.

330's are sick and all (my bro has a sedan, I love it)

But that M Coupe was a classic...really really sorry to see that one go.

It may suit your lifestyle better, but the E46 < the gelb 368s.

I look forward to seeing what you can do with it though.

                        No, his dad did.

None of these cars are technically his, remember?

I would of done the same thing. I personally like the 330Ci better than the M coupe.

The Coupe was titled as his, but was my car. Sure, it was technically his, but it was rightfully mine. I just don't want to get into the 'parents buying their kids expensive BMW's etc' discussion when it isn't the case at all. /tangent

I could have not let him trade in the Coupe, but we were both looking for an E46 M for a while now and so yeah.. you get the point.
