Re: not lowering it, I'm in agreement, that height is good for both looks and handling purposes. However, final product wise, it seems like the type of thing that would look awesome up close--very nice, well thought out and put together (save the MT1 valence, arguably)--then you stand back and say "....hmm."
Having said that, I guarantee it would look tits without the neon colors. But that's obviously your thing and your prerogative.
I fully support Newman's "stance" on not lowering his car, too. It's not off-road spec, so why bother fucking your roll centres just to make the teens at the local car park hangout swoon?
I would love to see a video of this car on a track. Very curious what it could do if it were able to 'run free'. I kind of like the miss-matched colors. It leaves no doubt (even to a novice) that something is there that wasn't intended to be, and it shows an appreciation for function being the first and foremost of goals.
I dont like it as much as I thought I would :( Im disappointed at myself, not at you though.
Feel like its missing a certain something... Ill think about it and report back (not that you care newman). Maybe its the wheel color next to the paint? Or the fender flares being black? One bad motherfucker though. Good job OP.
