i fu*king love this car, i first say your build site about a year ago and cant wait to finaly see it run. you gotta make a 20min vid of this thing ripping around the track. i bet your one happy mother fu*ker its about done

Well, things that still need to be done:

put intake manifold, ITBs and plenum back on (waiting on gaskets)
put on the front end, hood, etc
tune...


oh, and all the snow has to melt. :D

I'm not running a carpet, BUT...

I am going to put some floor mats in there. I really like the JDM supermade floormats that 240 guys run.





But
A) they wont fit
B) are like 600 dollars! ahh!

Sooooo, I ordered up some samples of carpet. Once I decide on a color, I am going to trim them to fit, then have the edges finished at a carpet place (like the ones above). Then I'm going to bolt them to the floor with 10/32 button head w/ huge fender washers. :) I'm excited

Yeah, I thought so as well, but I got 3 samples for 5 bucks, so I'm gonna wait and see. It's supposedly "metallic". They all might look horrible, but it's a start...

I think your carpet should be crazier to match the rest of the crazy colors all over the car. I mean, if you're going to start from scratch may as well go all out. That's pretty sick though.
