What caused the misfire and how did you resolve it?

Great to see you still making progress on this car! The cage and fill plates look great.

Finally got the car home so I can actually work on it. I installed an innovate lc-1, digital water temp gauge (got a radio delete gauge panel from jaywood, worked great!), AKG DTM shifter , and replaced the hubs. Drove it on the street for the first time in probably 2 years!

Also started on the interior, installed innovate lc-1, digital water temp gauge (used radio delete gauge panel from jaywood, worked great!), AKG DTM shifter and one of my seats with brackets from Massive. Still have a lot of cleaning and wiring to do and need to remove all of the sound deadening to try to lose the weight I gained with the "cage"

I have the same shifter and love it. Love your car! Always wanted a ride in an M30 swapped e30.

Thanks! It's good to finally be able to work on it again, I didn't realize how much I missed it!

Yeah, I'm slacking. It's been sitting forever though, 2 bucket won't do anything for it. Shifter is awesome, I'm pretty sure it'll be hard on the transmission but I like it a lot.

Tonight I removed all of the sound deadening other than whats under the carpet. Can't believe how much weight that is! I also spliced my heater core hose for the temp sending unit for the autometer gauge and found that I'm not getting circulation through there. I think the heater core might be clogged or something. I'm going to try to loop the hoses tomorrow and maybe mount the sending unit elsewhere

I drove the car to work today and holy shit I can't believe I've let this car sit so long. Makes my m5 feel completely sluggish. Replaced the exhaust gaskets, took some camber out of it and re-set toe, and swapped my TR motorsport 15x8's with R1R's. The Azevs look great but have old shitty tires on them and there is a huge lack of selection for 16" tires. I'm thinking about selling the Azevs and running adapters and my staggered throwing stars for the street, then keep slicks (I have a bunch of 245/580/15 Hoosiers) mounted on the TRM's

                          Next on list-
-make 3" exhaust from headers back
-Re-work timing map on the dyno
-Drop subframe to replace bushings and clean/paint undercarriage

Your car is almost exactly how I imagine mine being at some point.

Thanks a lot! Hopefully I'll have some new wheel and tire updates soon :)

Just found a single 3" inlet Vibrant muffler with dual 3" tips locally, hoping to start on the exhaust after I get back from Road America next week. It's single 2.5" all the way back with a mangaflow now, it much too raspy the way it is now and I think 2.5" is a little small also.

I've been driving the car a good bit the last few weeks and I am completely addicted again. The AKG shifter is one of the best modifications I've ever done to any car! Already have a couple issues though.. My RF hub, brand new FAG brand (Redline re-packed) feels like shit and I've got a LR hub going bad as well, but I have never replaced the rears so no surprise there. I think I'm going to do both rear hubs and drop the rear subframe for new bushings and a good cleaning, possibly add a toe and camber kit to the rear. Can anyone give me any suggestions for rear bushings? I'm going to get AKG stuff, just not sure which ones. Subframe, diff and rtab's.
