Thanks guys. This is a custom reupholstered set using Erik Johnson's M tech cloth. It's such a good reproduction that I went with it without a second thought. The M3 rear seat is in my car but it's reupholstered in the other M tech cloth. I'm looking for another M3 seat to reupholster.
