No I didn't get the OE wind splitters for MT1, this is one reason behind the splitter I made, but also, it will cover the crack in the bottom of the skirt, and help protect the MT1 and paint from driveways and speedbumps ect..
Plus I love the look of a nice little splitter!

No way! small world haha! I bought them from abrahams motorsport in the USA. Which means they were shipped from germany to the US and then to Australia where they are now!

This is where they originated by the looks of it:
            Schmiedmann Odense A/S

Makes pretty easy to build own bmw, when u get all parts from own storage. :nice:

                From this:

                to this!:

Overall I'm very happy with how everything turned out. I have taken the front valence back to the shop as I found two small runs in the clear coat on one of the vents. They are going to rub it back and buff them out for me

I Got to mount the Mtechnic stickers finally!! I cut a little clear off each end of the sticker so they ticked into their little slots a bit better. The front one will have to wait

The rest looks great. The skirts look very nice and after all the prep work I put in, you almost cant tell the real one from the fiberglass one! :p

I mounted the wing and gave the car a quick wash, but the rest will have to wait until atleast the weekend. I've got too much uni work to be doing atm!

                And more waiting :D

                              Got some mail today!

The chrome trim can be removed so when I rebuild the wheels again I may repaint these. But as you can see below they are MUCH nicer than what i had before (of which i only had 2).

These look sick in the sunlight!
