Yeah but if you just swap over the brown box then you'll be stuck to 6500rpm. Why not just get 1 and a half S2000 ECUs and run them in parallel with your 54 throttle response intake? That should just about double your throttle responses, and now that you're running 1 1/2 S2000 ECUs not only can you support 6 cylinders but also 13,500rpm! You might need to run some thinner oil to support such high revs, I'd suggest ATF.
