Adrian - thanks, I have a set actually just not sanded down/painted yet.
There is a step in the threaded sleeve, and it holds it on the tube. If you notice the threaded sleeve is also longer as well.

Just curious but what is holding the threaded collar on the front strut in place? Does GC have a special way of doing it if you buy the strut tube too?Leave a comment:

Well, this thread just reminded me that I need to put my black car back together and drive it..
The car looks awesome Jean! The Hartge wheels look perfect with everything else you've done. I didn't know that those shock top mounts were availible.. I'll have to pick up a set-- they are very nice!Leave a comment:

Your car looks fucking awesome, man.
The rear springs scare the crap out of me, I'll have to snag those RSMs I guess. Thanks for the heads up, Jean!Leave a comment:

Couple pics with suspension installed. Not too low, and stiff enough but still dd-able.

I love these RSM's... now I can swap my tires or take the car to a tire shop w/o having to dick with guiding the rear spring...with these tall RSM's the spring stays in it's place as the trailing arm doesn't drop as much.

More parts.... will this ever end?
Modified strut housings for the re-valved bilstein sports...with e30m3 sway bar tabs..
Looking to test all of this out finally at the last autox of this season on the 26th of this month. I want to see how the suspension/rates work out, and if necessary will
send a backup set of bilstein sports to bilstein to shorten and re-valve for stiffer rates if I feel that current rates aren't stiff enough with dot r tires in the current config.

new plates and tall rear rsm's
