I have opened up some old and neglected m20's and have never seen anything like the picture with the valve cover off. Good thing you're refreshening it. Project looks like fun. What part of the I.E are you in?

the m20 that came with my car looked bad but for the most part was in good shape didnt smoke and ran strong.

not much going on right now, having some issues with my living situation.
but i did pick up another e30, its an 88 325is 2dr. so now i have a car to drive around and not just my bike.at the monent i still plan on building the 4 door. i will update when i continue my work.
