Jeśli dobrze zrozumiałem to masz wątpliwości odnośnie osłony łożyska-oczywiście zamontuje ją razem z osłoną tarczy, muszę jedynie to wszystko pomalować.

If I understand correctly, you have doubts about the shield-bearing. of course I'll mount it with the blade guard, I only need to paint it all. The second thing - about nut-ball, have no fear it is sufficiently screwed deep and holds very strongly, do not worry that something happened to that (friend rode on such a patent already 2y with M30B35 under the hood and nothing bad happened).

Not really all that hard to get done ;) I used an e36/e46 hub though.

              Sort of.

I made it out of 3 pieces. One piece is pressed onto where the old e30 bearing dust cover went to allow the e36 one to fit, then there is the sleeve that presses on to the king pin, and another sleeve that presses into the the front as the e36 (or e28 for that matter) is wider. Then I machined the collar off the locking nut to allow more thread engagement.

I think Turbo Brown (can't remember if it's here or on e30tech) has a better solution though. He took the entire kingpin from an e36 machined it out so that it slides over the e30 kingpin he also threaded the inside portion so it can screw onto the e30 king pin threads... Although I would prefer a press fit rather than the threads.
