They are late model esm flares. Hence the cutting.

What type of Oracal is that?

No. Just drive it till it went away. Pretty sure it was the new pilot bearing

Nice, I've looked into that stuff quite a bit. Budget friendly vinyl wrap, I like.

Where are you going to put the "transition" for the rear quarter panels/roof?

The bottom of the C pillar along the hard line. Really the only place to do it with out being a sore thumb

So after lots of messing around cutting and welding with out a clue to what i'm doing, this is how the first quarter panel came out. If your wondering why so much abuse its because i'm installing late model flare on to my early model. The flare won't sit flat on the the sheet metal so i had to cut and hammer little by little until could see how they would sit and how much material needed to be removed.

Then i made a template using some construction paper thats used for laying on the floor so you don't mess up your carpet during construction.

Transferred it to the other side and cut away the outer skin and bent it back. Then i cut out the inner fender.

Then i mocked up the passenger flare and the molding strip did not line up. So now i'm thinking great, my template was a bust. But then i taped the left and right pieces to each other and the photos speak for themselves.

Since i'm planning on shaving the trim its not that big of an issue. I then proceded to trim the lip. Not sure why they were made with a huge inner lip if they are intended to allow wider wheels and tires

                      All mocked up

Decided to paint them black so they don't stick out so much

And with my coilovers on the lowest setting with new factory upper spring pads. The rub like crazy. I wish the lip did not taper in. If it was flat or tapered out i could easily drive around dumped. I'd need to step down from a 255 to a 245 or add some more fiberglass to space it out more.
